EXHIBITIONS
F**K YOU ALL,
ICA, SW1 Saturday 25, until February 2
According to Henry Rollins, Glen E. Friedman " has been there at the
begining of so much cool stuff in so many different areas, it's not
funny". Rollins knows a thing or two about that of course, but actually
he's right. Witmess to the genesis of Def Jam, Black Flag, Suicidal
Tendencies, and other life-enhancing types, Friedman has been
photographing the rise of hip hop, skateboarding and hardcore across
America for 20 years. So the opening of his cheerfully titled exhibition
at the ICA promises to be so hip it hurts. Friedman will be signing copies
of his second book, F**k You Too, with a limited edition of hardback
copies available exclusively at the ICA. Park your skateboards at the
door.
