FUCK YOU HEROES **** (top rating)
This book brings together some of the best work of photographer Glen E. Friedman, who began his career at SkateBoarder Magazine in the 70's. He captured the first frontside air on film (Tony Alva at the Dog Bowl), shot the first Public Enemy album cover (Yo! Bum Rush the Show) and took some of the most epic early punk and hardcore photos ever (Rollins in Black Flag, Danzig in The Misfits, and the photo of Minor Threat sitting on their doorstep on the Salad Days 7"). The guy's been around! [Distributed] by Henry Rollins' 2.13.61 Publications, with an intro by C.R. Stecyk III, "Fuck You Heroes" has an all star cast that'll make any coffee table look dope.
